Check your exact model, fiber, and supplied care card. Ellen Wille’s U.S. and German sites describe different synthetic washing methods.

Washing: U.S. guidance

The U.S. distributor’s FAQ specifies cool running water, without soaking the wig in a basin. It names the BeautiMark synthetic care products.

Washing: German guidance

The German manufacturer’s site describes a lukewarm bath with Ellen Wille synthetic shampoo for about ten minutes, followed by a separate balm bath.

Which applies to your wig?

Use the current instructions supplied for your model and region. If they conflict with an online guide, ask your retailer or Ellen Wille which method applies.

These sources describe different care-product systems. Neither method is a universal rule for every Ellen Wille wig.

Before you comb or dry

Check the same model’s instructions for combing and drying. Do not combine selected steps from the two regional routines.

Using WigLab?

CLEANSE — Synthetic Wig Shampoo

WIGLAB CONTROL — Synthetic Wig Post-Wash Spray

Use your wig’s current care instructions alongside WigLab’s product directions. If they conflict, check with your manufacturer or retailer before choosing a routine.
