Check your model, fiber, length, and texture. Henry Margu’s drying instructions differ for short, longer, and curly styles.

Washing

The care FAQ describes gentle hand washing in cold water with its shampoo, followed by a thorough cold rinse.

It gives no soak time. Do not borrow one from another brand; these are not WigLab CLEANSE directions.

Before you comb

Do not brush the wig while the fibers are wet. For longer styles, work gently from the ends upward once dry.

Drying

Short styles may air-dry on a stand or flat on a towel.

Medium-to-long and curly styles are directed to dry flat on a towel. Keep this distinction when choosing your routine.

Check your wig

Avoid hot styling tools unless the piece is explicitly labeled heat-resistant. Follow that model’s current instructions.

Using WigLab?

CLEANSE — Synthetic Wig Shampoo

WIGLAB CONTROL — Synthetic Wig Post-Wash Spray

Use your wig’s current care instructions alongside WigLab’s product directions. If they conflict, check with your manufacturer or retailer before choosing a routine.
